FlashTix lets your fans purchase tickets directly from your website and/or through your SuperFan Fan app. Just hit the tickets icon, find your event, and select your tickets. For extra convenience, customers can use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Don’t have the SuperFan app? That’s ok! You can still take advantage of FlashTix by using the FlashTix widget that can be embedded to your website allowing you to conveniently sell tickets through it. The FlashTix app will be available soon, which makes it even more convenient for fans to get access to your tickets right away!
FlashTix is easy to manage allowing you to set the ticket type and different price options for your different user types such as students, adults, and senior prices. You can even limit the number of tickets you want to sell for an event helping with limited capacity issues.
FlashTix can be used for any event or venue that requires a ticket. Digital tickets allows for more flexibility and doesn’t require the time and resources for traditional paper ticketing.
After making a purchase, fans can easily manage their tickets. Besides viewing it on your app, they can add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. They can add the event to their calendar, and also get directions to the venue. Need to transfer tickets to another person? No problem. Send tickets to another person(s) via email in a snap!
