Account Manager
Louisville, KY

SuperFan, Inc. is looking for an experienced, polished, process-driven and organized individual to work closely with our client partners as the day-to-day liaison providing best practices, executing client strategy, and support in marketing the SuperFan platform for the colleges, universities, high schools and professional sports teams marketing/athletic departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of SuperFan’s partnerships in North America. The primary responsibility for the account manager is to help client partners hit their platform goals, support in marketing efforts for the program, end of year client renewal and overall customer happiness. Account manager responsibilities include identifying potential sales opportunities within existing client partners, managing partnership’s user growth, and providing guidance on best practices so partners maximize their value of the platform. Other responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and building strong relationships with key partner stakeholders within partner’s organization
• Develop and implement unique and creative user growth campaigns specific to partner’s goals and initiatives
• Expand partner relationships beyond initial point of contact
• Manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure partner value
• To drive client service excellence and strive for partnership retention
• Contract renewals and product up-selling

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-5 yrs of marketing experience required
• Highly motivated, independent, goal-oriented individual
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, written, and communicational skills

Mid-Level Full LAMP Stack Developer
Louisville, KY

SuperFan, Inc. is looking for an experienced, organized, and team-oriented individual to work with the SuperFan Product Innovation team. This team is responsible for building new products for web, mobile web, and mobile applications for iPhone and Android. This full stack developer should be someone with experience managing projects, identifying problem-solving solutions and working at a fast pace to get things accomplished.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a self-starter who is a highly-motivated innovator with strong problem solving & technical skills. This person should know how to get things done and be able to communicate effectively with internal teams to uncover and solve problems.
• Contribute actively to quality activities, including peer reviews, designs and code.
• Resolve defects/bugs throughout the development lifecycle & in production.
• Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with various SuperFanU teams: Account Management Team, Sales Team, and Executive Management.
• Passion for growing and innovating current and new software to enhance SuperFanU product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical skills required:
• LAMP full stack developer - Minimum 5 years experience (prefer 5-8)
• Solid Relational DB experience (5+ years overall) - MySQL or MariaDB (2+ years)
• Experience with RESTful API’s (2+ years)
• Ability to create layouts using advanced and semantic HTML5 and CSS3, as well as previous HTML and CSS specs
• Extensive knowledge of native JavaScript and JS frameworks such as jQuery, Node.js, etc.
• Experience with version control (Bitbucket, etc.)
• Strong portfolio (Github or similar)

Technical “nice to have” skills:
• Xcode
• Swift 4
• AWS
• Bootstrap
• MVC, Laravel
• Postman (or equivalent app for testing API calls)
• Stripe
• Build automation
• Test automation
• Continuous delivery

Professional requirements:
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be a team player and open to a dynamic work environment
• Fun and friendly attitude
